REFERRALS

We built the kind of fatigue care we wished existed.

By the time many of our patients find us, they’ve already spent months or years trying to feel better.

They’ve had the appointments. The tests. The referrals. Maybe everything came back “normal.” Maybe they finally got a diagnosis, but no one helped them figure out what to do with it.

And they’re still exhausted.

The Fatigue Clinic was built for what comes next.

Meet Dr. Alissa Goodwin

I’m a board-certified family medicine physician, and I know persistent fatigue from both sides of the exam room.

My own experience with chronic illness changed the way I think about fatigue and the way I care for patients living with it. I know what it’s like when your health starts changing what you can do, how you spend your time, and how much of yourself you have left for the things that matter.

It also taught me that good fatigue care takes time.

I created The Fatigue Clinic so patients could have that time: time to tell the whole story, time to look at the whole picture, and time to build a plan that is realistic for the life they’re actually living.

Meet Joshua

Joshua is our health coach, and his job is to help you turn your medical plan into something you can actually live.

Because knowing what to do and figuring out how to do it when you’re already exhausted are two very different things.

Dr. Goodwin focuses on the medical side: understanding what may be contributing to your fatigue, deciding what needs to be addressed, and adjusting treatment as you go.

Joshua works with you on the day-to-day side: pacing, routines, making changes manageable, noticing what’s working, and troubleshooting when real life gets in the way.

You aren’t handed a plan and wished luck. You have a physician and a health coach working together to help you move forward.

Three months to understand, treat, and move forward.

The Fatigue Recovery Program gives us three months to look closely at what may be contributing to your fatigue, build an individualized treatment plan, and adjust that plan as we learn what works for you.

You’ll have regular visits with Dr. Goodwin and weekly one-on-one support with Joshua, so you’re not left trying to make sense of everything or implement a treatment plan on your own.

Care that doesn’t end after three months.

The three-month Fatigue Recovery Program gives us time to investigate your fatigue, build your plan, and help you start putting it into practice. But we don’t expect everything to be neatly wrapped up when those three months are over.

If you need continued care, you can transition into an ongoing monthly membership. We keep following your progress, adjusting your care as things change, and helping you build on what’s working.

The goal isn’t to keep you in intensive care forever. It’s to give you the level of support you need now and adjust that support as you improve.

You don’t have to keep figuring this out alone.

Whether you’re still searching for answers or you already have a diagnosis like ME/CFS or long COVID and still don’t feel better, you don’t need to know exactly what’s wrong or what kind of care you need before reaching out.
