Diagnostic Evaluation
50% off: $475
Includes comprehensive intake review, two physician visits, and a personalized plan.
Monthly Membership
50% off: $275
Includes physician visits and health coach support to help implement and adjust your plan over time.
This is a cash-pay, telehealth-only clinic.
All visits are conducted virtually, and we do not offer in-person appointments. A superbill can be provided upon request for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Individual appointments are available for patients who prefer not to enroll in a program.
We are not currently accepting Medicare patients.
The Fatigue Clinic is not a replacement for primary care. Patients are required to have an established primary care provider for routine care, preventive services, and urgent or in-person medical needs.
Care is currently available in California, Oregon and Washington. Licensure in Texas is pending.
